Q.

My son has rashes near lips. Attached pic for reference. Please advice. Thanks.

A. Too much saliva as too much dryness also there. Keep kid hydrated well and skin moisturise. You can apply antiseptic cream like boroline or boroplus during night., it will help make sure your kid not touch with tongue again and again
