16 days old baby,Found the rashes (redness) near the stomach , attached phot o for your reference.

Apply Boroline antiseptic cream either you are using the diaper very tight that is why these rashes have come over so apply the cream 324 times in the day which would be quite helpful in introducing the issue of Rashi and make sure that is not very tight on the area
