My son has pain in his very lower abdomen area...what will be the possible reason...from last two days he is suffering from stomach infection and had diarrhea and vomiting...

Are you mentioning that your child is suffering with stomach infection or has had infection two days back it’s basically because of that only due to stomach infection the pain in the stomach can be commonly see because of that the doctors may have prescribed your medicines just continue with that only
