Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. you can apply t bact cream locally. this cream can be applied to all three times everyday and maintain hygiene of the afffected area. if there is no improvement after 3 days then kindly meet your doctor for examination and specific treatment

but from your description ,I would suggest to apply thin layer of baby soothing Calamine lotion or try cool pack on it.
you can also apply pure aloe vera gel too
