Q.

my son has fever for past 4days..doc recommended to give paracetamol syrup every 6hrs..early mrng he has fever and I gave syrup..now it's 6th hr but no fever and temp is 97.4 farenheit..should I give syrup or not

A. don't. keep temperature checking timely .. And give paracetamol drops / syp in proper dose if temp cross 100F. Fevers higher than 104° F. should be attended to immediately.
