Q.

my son has fallen from bucket he is of 4 years,at the back(right side) of the head it is swollen and its looking like water filled at that place...what to do?

A. ya already had taken him to the doctor... doctor daid if the vomitings stops no need if CT scan... alhamdulillah now he is not doing vomitings but having the pain...so CT scan is necessary or not?
