my son has ear infections I give drop and syrup but he is crying to pain and he is not sleep to pain now what can do

A. presently you can give syrup ibugesic Plus 5ml and and if there is any need you can consult with your doctor for further suggestions regarding this to clear all your queries in proper details which would be better for a proper guidance.
