My son has different shade of skin color across the body. He is 9yr old. Is it Normal at this age?

A. has layered skin colour u cn gv ubtan bath as apply besan haldi milk and then bath use raw milk apply with cotton ball and bath use Babyhug baby skin care products or Babyhug pro products... take care
