my son has diarrhea for 4 days. but no such improvement. he is on ors , probiotics and metronidazole and colimex. today he passed stool for 6 times. but color and consistency of stool slightly improved.what to do

A. dear mom. kindky follow adviced priscription. equally offer him stool binder food and lots of fluids to avoid dehyderation. take care and all the very best.
