Q.
My son has completed his six months.I just wanted to know how much Naan and Cerelac can we feed him...as I was feeding him Naan trice a day and Cerelac once a day due to which I guess he has some gastric and over feeding problem.. please suggest. Thank you

Six months baby can take around 750 ml of milk in a day. Giving milk thrice and cerelac once a day is fine.
If ur baby is facing gas issues then maintain the gap of 2-3 hours between the two meals or meal and the milk.
Apart from cerelac u can also give khichdi, ripe banana, apple puree, raagi porridge, pumpkin puree etc to ur baby
