Q.

My son has completed 3months and he is a breastfed baby. Since he is growing his demand for milk has increased and I have noticed that the breastmilk supply has become low. I doubt if I am able to meet his demand. What should I do to make sure that he is getting enough milk and to increase milk supply.

A. Hi mom If ur baby is active and playful, taking proper sleep, gaining weight, passing out urine 6-8 times in a day then that means ur feed is sufficient for the baby. If feed is less then have shatavari with warm milk twice a day to increase bm.
