my son has below issue.please advice Nose block wet ears pus from eyes fever Black poop whenever we consult doctor he told it's infection and giving same medicine.This is the third time in two months he got these..

PallaviMom of a 3 yr 1 m old boy2 years agoA. #Ask Expert hello doctor, my 8 months boy having fever from yesterday, but head, stomach are heat. if we touched legs they are cold. is it nrml.he is pooping with very bad smell. is this also nrml.plz let me know wt to do in both cases.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. regular cough and cold in children are most commonly associated with allergy which might be due to weather changes on temperature variations.
many times simple cough and cold is followed by secondary infections.
it is very common that children will have a recurrent cough and cold as well as fever before 5 years of age and after that a proper immunity is developed and then this problem will go away.
get the child vaccinated for flu vaccine which will again help in decreasing this problem
it's usually viral and antibiotics may not be needed
