My son has been having thigh pain since Monday can you please suggest the medication

A. Maam you can give any basic paracetamol which you give for fever like Crocin as a painkiller by of the pain in the thigh of your child has been constant I think it’s a good time for you to visit your doctor to know what’s the reason and accordingly suggest you a painkiller
