my son has atopic dermatitis, he allergic to eggs, wheat rice, almonds, lemons. He is a fussy eater. he is reluctant to try new food, however the food looks interesting. He is under weight . we do not know what to do

Hello ma’am 1st to go for a proper homoeopathic treatment regarding dermatitis as well as your food allergies also because once your child gets rid of all these things after that only you can start feeding any other thing to the child because obviously till the time your child has all these issues your child will not be able to accept anything
