My son has a white patch near his lips that has been present for 4-5 months. Please see the attached picture for reference.

A. Hai good afternoon !! Apply moisteriser,lotion or oil ,this helps in keeping skin hydrated. Also give more water,fluids,fruits . Due to dryness,less intake of water,fluids makes skin dry results patchy,spotted skin. If still the dryness appears then consult General physician or dermatologist.
