My son has a severe cough, from 2 days currently we are using kufril LS drops, 0.7 mL dose morning and night. But not seeing any improvement, Also suffering with fever along with motions because of medication.

A. hi. Add calpol drops too for fever. and increase breast feeding, it is better to consukt yiur doctor for examination abd treatment accordinly, as yiur baby is too young,it is important
