Q.

My 7 and a half month has severe cough since yesterday. I consulted the doctor and he asked me to use kufril drops 0.6 ml three times a day. What more can be done?? I am really worried seeing him cough so badly

A. Thank you doctor. My doctor has adviced the drops. He said it's a flu.

A. Cough and Cold should be treated only after a proper examination by a doctor as there may be some associated factor . As the first line of treatment you can give steam inhalation which would be helpful . Cough Syp should be given only after a cv proper evaltuation .

A. U. Can give indirect steam in halation to the child which is very good which is mostly recommended by most of the doctors apart from that if cough is too much then you can ask your doctor and you can start nebulising your child as well nebulising your child as well
