Q.
My son had viral fever , cold and cough 2 weeks ago, he was vomiting 4-5 times a day after taking any food or medicine. He is recovered now but his coughing and Vomiting not cured. He has loss of appetite now, and now if he eats little junk like even the base of pizza, he vomited after sometimes. Note: Already had course of MOX & Mucolite #asktheexpert

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. after 2 episodes of vomiting wait for one hour then give vomiting medicine (syp ondem/emeset) 5ml and then again wait for one hour and then give only easily digestible food.
do not give anything to eat in this 2hr waiting period.
if vomiting occurs again then meet your doctor.
avoid giving milk and heavy diet.
vomit usually occurs due to gastritis
meet dr again

It is advisable to get the baby evaluated by a doctor and follow doctors advise properly. You can also book online doctor’s appointment on FirstCry where the doctor can help you and guide you properly
