my son had loose motions and ws nt eating anything so de prescribed taximo syrup saying that he has infection i completed 5 days course bt he was still not eating his food so went for follow up and dr prescribed ofm syrup i have been giving ofm syrup from last two days bt still he is vomiting what shd i do plz help

It’s common for kids to have a loss of appetite during this time because you’re giving too many medicine and there’s too much of heat generated in the body so I’m going to advise you to start giving water with fennel seeds to the child and give more of liquids currently that will be easy for the child to accept
