My son had fever (temp between 101-102) constantly for the last 4 days and then was normal from the fifth day. after a day I see his face and back has a lot of small red pimples. What could be the reason? Please advise what needs to be done?

A. hi. .it is common, after viral fever such skin rashes are seen. it will cure itself in couple of days. give him lots of fluids and apply calamine lotion
