my son had fever for 2 days .I gave him paracetamol syrup ,now fine but has mouth ulcer inside cheek ,not eating anything ,feeling tired everytime.plse advise what yo do.can I give him curd as having cough too.

A. if he is having also in the mouth he won't be able to take the food so you need to give multivitamin supplements which contain Vitamin B complex and also give more liquids in the diet make sure that he is not constipated
