my son had ear ache before a month and doctor had suggested mucolite drops and again he is having cold and cough can I use the same please suggest

A. The jobs that you are using are quite safe to use but if your child is constantly falling sick figure out what’s the problem do not continue with the medicines like this and if your child is having ear pain get it checked with an ENT doctor to know what’s the problem
