Q.
My son had ate Maggi on Sat morning and since afternoon, he got loose motion and vomitting once. He had stomach pain so from sun morning started hgut and redotil sachets twice day...No loose motion or vomitting on Sun..From early morning today, he had loose motion twice..Kindly advise

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symhiptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever thanh it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
