My son had a boil on area below navel ,I cleaned it with savlon and applied beta done for 4-5 days and enterogermina ,it’s head appears and pus came out after 2-3days ,on the 5th day another boil appeared above that. And I treated that also with savlon and betadine and now after 2days His nose appears red in colour,I checked it from inside there I can see small white pus head boil, What should I give him or what I should not give him to eat .he keeps putting his finger in his nose. Please suggest
