My son got vaccinated 3 1/2 months vaccine he is having fever how many drops of parasitamol should I give

A. good afternoon it will depend upon how severe the fever is an it will also depend upon the current weight of the child I would recommend you to get in touch with your doctor he would be able to guide you properly
