Q.

My son got throat pain and fever.... inside of the the mouth is looking like reddish and cyst.. I attached the images please refer

A. yes it's infection needs appropriate antibiotics for if there is no relief it is better you see your doctor for proper examination particularly physical examination if there is need for doing investigations to find out the problem and treatment ok

A. Kindly can you check with your doctor as this could probably be due to some problem in the mouth itself so whatever medication or treatment would be required the doctor would be able to give you proper guidance you can consult a dentist if you want
