My son got small pimples or rashes on his wrist , knees , stomach and buttocks, it’s slightly itchy and not going away after Atrarax and crotarax -HC , any suggestions on why it happend and any remidy?

Try calamine lotion if it helps you as it is going to be a good option for you to apply on the skin since you’ve tried everything tried this also if it doesn’t help you in that case I think it would be good for you to take a blood test to know what kind of a problem this is so that you can proceed with the right treatment according
