my son got hit by some thing now has bruise on his face which turned grey will it fade away off it's own

In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assessmbjent is done to find out thei exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .
