Q.
my son got fever on 28th July. After giving fenceta plus, zedocef 100, sinarest for 3 days, fever got down on 31st morning. But now he is coughing. It seems cough has accumulated. Since tomorrow I have started giving him LAVETA M, AZITHRAL 200 and BROJET-SLI cough syrup. But he still is coughing. What should I do?
