my son got fever last monday it lasts 5 days, again from yesterday what is the reason for frequent fever he is getting upper teeth, can teething cause fever? if yes how many days will it lasts and what are the symptoms

A. it is very common that children will fall ill again and again that is within one or two months sometimes before 7 years of age. this falling ill is just steps to to immunity build up in these children and you will see that after 7 years they will not fall ill that much frequently. till that time just take care of rhegular diet made from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits and do not give outside packet foods and complete the vaccination of the child

A. hello eruption of the teeth can also be the reason for fever which is normal you can give paracetamol but any concern you may check with your doctor and she will be able to guide you with a proper examination and advisor accordingly and nothing to worry
