Q.
My son got fever 99.8c. so we consulted dr., Dr. suggested p 120 syrup 5ml for every 4 hrs. Is it OK to give as prescribed or is too heavy for my kid. He is still having mild fever from 3 days even after consulting Dr. Unable to fetch reason for same, is it infection or sign for coming tooth
