my son got eye infection from 2 days onwards.. yesterday evening his eye is completely red like blood clot in eye

I think it would be good that you please visit an ophthalmologist to check what kind of an infection it is because with the picture that you have posted it is not looking good at all so please visit your doctor and clean the eyes with water regularly but it would be good that you check with your doctor as the first instance and start with the treatment
