My son got cold he is not sneezing and not cough he got only running nose and ghurr ghurr sound

A. please give delcon drops the baby 0.5 ml 3 times a day Cold cough in the baby are viral infections please give steam inhalation frequently e and saline drops in the nose of the baby it will take one week
