my son got around the mouth like that suggest some cream to prevent it and what should be done to avoid getting it

I I cannot see any attachment with your question so I’m just going to tell you you can get a check with your paediatrician or a paediatric dentist can come to know what’s happening and if any cream is required to get rid of it can only be suggested by your doctor after assessing your child
