Q.

My son goes to the poti after 3to4 days and cries with pain in his stomach please suggest me.

A. that's due to . Constipation also known as hard stools is very common in baby age group. To correct best is dietary modification like give plenty of water or any other liquids like fruit pulp mix, curd to baby and also include high fibre food items like suji , dalia, ragi , oats, carrots with fibres etc green leafy vegetables whole or puree and all the seasonal fruits in the baby diet.
