My son get flecks of blood in his stool did stool test attached below plz guide me

A. Mostly blood in stool is present when baby is having constipation and passing regularly hard stools so you should increase more of liquid diet to the baby And include more of green leafy vegetables and fruits, which has fibers

That’s basically due to a stomach infection which is what is there that is why you can see blood into the motion of the child so kindly go ahead with a proper course of antibiotics which would be suggested by you are talk to complete the course with the time the things are going to be much better
