Q.

My son G.Anirudh age 7 years 11 months was vaccinated twice by mistake. 4-6 years vaccine (DTP B2+IPV B2, Fluarix Tetra (influenza)) was given on 16.7.22. DTP B2, MMR, Varicella 2, Influenza all these vaccines are again given to him on June 8, 2024 by mistake. Is it harmful, please advice

A. no it's not harmful. extra dose does not cause side effects. More proper information and answer regarding this will be given by your personal doctor and you can contact your doctor for this You can check with the nearest doctor. Take care.

A. No it is not way to have any negative impact on the child so don’t worry about it a lot of times some vaccinations are given twice by mistake but they do not lead to any negative negativity on the body so there is nothing for you to be worried and in case of doubt you can clear it with your Dr
