my son from yesterday he pass milky substan in urine but not regular it only happens twice in 2 days

Okay if it has happened twice a day if it happens again over the period then you should get a urine test done for your child with which you have a better understanding of the reasoning behind it in some cases it is nothing but in some cases it could be infection also
