craving is normal,when you are breast feeding mom,
you can replace your sweet craving with fruits ,jaggery and honey based sweets.

You can have sweet from the time of delivery itself there is no problem in that the doctors don’t restrict you through from eat anything every family background and culture have their own restricted diet so they follow that but sweets are not restricted in the diet
