my son fallen from bed..He had small injury.now he is normal.. please suggest any recommendations dr?

if your child looks happy and active,eat and sleep well then no need to worry about anything.
observe your child for next 48 hours,if you find your child feel discomfort,pain , breathing difficulty, vomiting , dazzineess then please consult your pediatrician
