also some babies get allergy due to clothing.use regular cotton clothes.
skip the suspected item
apply soothing lotion or ice if itching.

As there are rashes on the face of ur baby, this can be due to heat and sweating. Keep the face clean and dry. Apply himalya calamine lotion on the face to get relief from rashes. Take care
