my son eats well but weight is not increasing from past 1 year, can i give him simyl mct oil to increase weight?

You can give it but the first and foremost thing is that you need to know why the way it is not increasing for that I think you should first consult a doctor or a physical evaluation and after that you should go ahead with the whatever you a doctor advises
