My son eats well, but I don’t seem to notice him gaining weight. How can I achieve that for my 3 year old?

Hi You just get a deficiency test done for your child maybe a child is having deficiency of multivitamin which is why even after eating so well like you are mentioning your child is not gaining any weight so definitely a matter of concern to be taken care of
