Q.
my son doesn't talk. he follows my command and very active but I'm really worried about delay in speech. If in mood he will speak Ta Ta or Maama Dada only. please suggest me. does he has some problem or it's normal.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. you can wait till 3 yetars of age of the child to speak in complete sentences clearly and fluently if its not so then consult doc, kleep interacting more dont worry if other milestones are normal . . .
