Q.

my daughter is 2.5 yrs old and does hand flapping. she has also speech delay but she follows instructions and speaks words. should I be worried?

A. Hand flapping is common to be seen with lots of kids because when they’re excited really they start to flap their hands which is very natural if the speech is not happening properly you can consult a speech therapist and if the child knows words and understands and follows the command then you should just try and communicate more and more with your child which would be better to do
