My kid is 2 years old and she only speaks a few words, she doesn't even follow our instructions properly. How can we improve her attention and speech?

Babies start to speak small words like maa and paa by the age of two yaers and make small sentences by the age of three years. try to recite poems and stories to the baby. Also try to speak more to the baby. Kid will also learn to speak in company of other kids. Thanks and take care
