Q.

My son doesn't have any interest in food.. Making him eat anything is an herculean task..plz advice as to how his interest in food can be increased.

A. start some appetisers and iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. offer more liquids and fruits to improve appetite and digestion. involve in some Physical activity

A. A Four year old child is quite smart to understand what you are trying to say so in this case I’m just going to tell you to talk to your child to make your child understand the pros and cons of eating or not eating that should work and still if you feel that your child’s appetite is low or not interested in eating then you should definitely get a test done for haemoglobin levels
