A Four year old child is quite smart to understand what you are trying to say so in this case I’m just going to tell you to talk to your child to make your child understand the pros and cons of eating or not eating that should work and still if you feel that your child’s appetite is low or not interested in eating then you should definitely get a test done for haemoglobin levels
