Give him variety of fruits for mid meal, try new recipes like fruit smoothie, shake, salad etc. If he eats junk food a lot, make healthy version of junk food at home. For example make roti pizza add lot of veggies, paneer/ chicken. Make paneer or chicken burger at home don't fry the patty. Make whole wheat noodle/ pasta add colorful veggies to it. Try variety of meals and your child's appetite will increase gradually.

Offer new foods when you and your child are relaxed, and your child isn't too tired or distracted by other things. Set a time limit of about 20 minutes for a meal. If your child hasn't eaten the food, take it away and don't offer an alternative snack or meal. Avoid punishing your child for refusing to try new foods.
