Bonnisan five drops you can give as with what you are mentioning it seems like a child could be crying due to stomach pain which is common to be seen in this age and after vaccination of the pain is there it could be due to pain so you can give paracetamol if you want but cases get dry due to stomach pain so this is going to be a better choice for you to use
