Q.
My son completed 3 years 2 months he started to speak some what but not fluently. Basically we r speaking kannada he is not speaking like sentence just breaking the word and demanding what he want to dohe also watching cartoon like tamil and English.may I know how to improve his speaking fluency plz help me out everyone is asking why he is not speak in fluently like that

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. you should get a speech assessment.urther regarding this to get more details and to clear all your queries properly you need to consult your nearby physicia n to get relevant information and get all your doubts cleared which will be a better approach for this in a proper way it becomes difficult to comment here in detail without proper evaluation
